This is a very quick and easy black forest chocolate treat recipe to increase your Christmas Cheer.
These black forest chocolate treats are not only healthy and full of chocolate goodness, but it is also (best of all) ‘calorie friendly’.
To make it easier to put these black forest chocolate treats together, as long as you have the 3 foundation ingredients of cacao butter, cacao powder, and yacon powder, you can raid your pantry for the add-ons to make these delicious chocolates.
I’m using Yacon powder as the sweetener because it tastes good and offers many nutritional benefits. Yacon powder has a low glycaemic score of 1 (!) – in comparison to regular sugar which scores 70, or even coconut sugar which scores 35. Click on the link provided here if you want to know more about Yacon powder – which only has a third of the calories of regular sugar!
