Blueberry Smoothie Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana frozen or fresh
1 cup (250 ml) water, coconut water , or milk of your choice
1 Tbsp. SuperFoodies sacha inchi protein powder
1 Tbsp. SuperFoodies Lucuma Powder
1 tsp Superfoodies Blueberry Powder
Method
Place blueberries and chopped up banana in blender and process till smooth.
Add the coconut water, protein powder, lucuma and blueberry powder and process
till smooth and creamy. Pour into favourite glass and indulge.
Variations
You can use any berries for this recipe. You can also add 1 tsp. Maqui Berry powder which adds to the rich berry flavour. Lucuma or Sacha Inchi protein powder can be substituted for Maca powder and 1 tsp of yacon powder can be added if desired.
