Suzie’s Gluten Free Bliss Balls

Suzie has just sent me this recipe!! Yum another one of Suzie’s gluten free superfood treats.

Ingredients

1 cup Otago dried apricots (because they are nice and moist)
¾ cup Medjool dates pips removed
1 cup Raw almonds (preferably activated)
2 Tbsp Coconut chips (or dessicated coconut)
2 Tbsp SuperFoodies Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp SuperFoodies Chia seeds
2 Tbsp SuperFoodies Lucuma powder (can be left out if not in your pantry, but it is (yummy)
1-2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Liquid honey

Method

Blitz altogether in blender till well combined and adjust moisture with honey and coconut oil. Press into balls and roll in coconut or cacao powder if desired. Refrigerate and grab for a guilt free treat!!!
