Lucuma Smoothie

Lucuma Smoothie a sweet nourishing treat for those who don’t like chocolate.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. SuperFoodies Lucuma Powder
1 Tbsp. SuperFoodies Maca Powder
1 tsp. SuperFoodies Maqui Berry Powder
1 tsp. SuperFoodies Blueberry Powder
1 tsp. SuperFoodies Yacon Powder
1 cup Coconut water or plain filtered water
Or
1 cup Almond milk or liquid of your preference
1 Frozen banana

Method

Chop up frozen banana and place in blender add all other ingredients and whisk together in high speed blender or with hand held blending stick.

Remember, you can play with this recipe, if you are not a banana lover then substitute with ½ cup frozen berries or 1 Tbsp. of Sacha Inchi Protein Powder. If you don’t have yacon powder you can leave it out.
