ACAI BowlIngredients for Acai Breakfast Bowl: serves one

1 tbsp organic acai berry powder
1 tbsp organic chia seeds
1 tsp organic lucuma powder
1 tsp organic sacha inchi powder
1 Cup Frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries or your choice)
¾ Cup Almond milk (oat milk, milk of your choice or coconut water)
One Banana

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz till you have a smooth creamy texture like a very thick smoothie you need to eat with a spoon. If you don’t have Lucuma, double up on the sacha inchi or vice versa.

Topping:

Place your acai breakfast bowl foundation in a breakfast bowl and top with any of your favourite garnishes.
Goji berries, granola, nuts and seeds, fresh fruit or coconut yoghurt
