Superfoodies’ Organic Raw Cacao Butter is the cold pressed virgin oil of the Criollo cacao bean, harvested from the Central Amazonian region of Pasco in Peru by or¬ganic farmers from the Yanesha community. Decadently aromatic this butter melts at 35ºC making it solid at room temperature, ideal for use in chocolate food treats and as a substitute for butter in baking. It intro-duces a whole new world for healthy treats. Cacao Butter contains high levels of oleic acid, the same healthy fat found in olive oil, and vitamin E.
For chocolate, raw dessert and cake recipes use as directed or substitute for other oils and butters.
