Once harvested this golden berry is sun dried to produce a sweetly tart dried berry, ideal for use in baking, raw treats, cereals, snack bars, trial mixes or by itself as a healthy snack. Goldenberry's chewy texture make them an ideal fruit to add to cereals or snack bars. As they are dried by sun only they are suitable for use in raw treats too.
