Produced in Spain from organic carob, and minimally processed at low temperatures to qualify as raw, this powder is lighter in colour and taste than the roasted version, with a beautiful natural sweetness.

Ideal for use in smoothies, or as a replacement for cacao powder in baking, raw treats and desserts. Since Carob is sweeter you can reduce any added sugar in recipes using cacao.
